Donavan Chau’s passion for real estate started at the age of 14, when his father completed a construction project from the ground up. This marked a milestone event for his family, setting the foundation for Donavan’s future in real estate.
Following his graduation from the University of California Irvine, he collaborated with a top realtor in Orange County. His determination then led him the role of a Project Manager at a development firm, overseeing multiple construction projects in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Ventura County. As time progressed, he accepted an offer to become a Real Estate Agent for the internationally known franchises, Keller Williams Realty & RE/MAX.
Donavan has represented buyers and sellers in numerous transactions. His ability to view real estate with an investment-oriented angle, has allowed him to identify and resolve the concerns of his investors and clients. He has personally held equity positions in renovation projects and several vacation rental properties.
Currently he is a Loan Consultant at a Mortgage Brokerage offering products from Conventional, FHA, Bank Statement, Asset Based Lending, and more to serve buyers of all residential mortgage needs.
In addition to helping consumers with their homeownership goals, Donavan enjoys museums, movies, and traveling.
